What happens after you click Your sign-up is recorded and the tenant name you choose is held for you straight away — that part does not depend on payment. Where card checkout is available for your billing region you go to the payment page next (we never see your card), and once payment confirms we create your tenant, mint a one-shot TENANT_ADMIN service-account token, and email you the credentials and a link to the admin portal — typically under two minutes. Where it is not yet available, we email you within one business day to activate it by hand; your sign-up is safe in the meantime and you do not need to submit it twice. Sales-gated tiers always route to our sales inbox, with a reply within one business day to schedule a short onboarding call.
